Russian Red 1/2lb

Introduced to Canada in the late 1800's by a religious sect fleeing persecution, Russian Red is one of the more flavorful rocamboles. The flavor is deep and full, and goes well with any dish calling for garlic. It produces large bulbs with brown cloves.
