Romanian Red lb

Romanian red, like most porcelains, is a large garlic with about 4-6 very large cloves per bulb. It has a rich and robust flavor with medium heat and an aftertaste that lingers. It grows well in cold winters and likes well drained soil. It is a highly regarded medicinal garlic, with a high allicin content.
