Garlic Scapes 5lb

Garlic scapes have a mild garlicy flavor and have a texture similar to asparagus.  They are wonderful stir fried, grilled, or chopped raw in salads and make delightful pickles and garlic scape pesto. The scapes keep well in the refrigerator for up to a month and freeze very well. Keep them in a sealed bag to keep from drying out. Garlic scapes will ship in JUNE.
